Your responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will step into a dynamic environment where your main focus is to drive growth and create real value for their customers, primarily at the Enterprise level. You are the face of their brand and are responsible for the entire sales cycle – from identifying new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking and strategic relationship-building partnerships, to closing the deal. In addition, you represent Turnpikes at events, conferences and industry meetings, you are involved in workshops and other customer activities.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, customer activities and networking.
  • Coordinate and present customized product and solution presentations with expert support.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with customers.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers and identify up-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and solution consultants, for a smooth customer journey.
  • Follow up on your sales pipeline and performance in CRM systems to reach your goals.
  • Represent Turnpikes at events, conferences and industry meetings.

Your qualifications

Have very good presentation skills, especially towards senior decision-makers and technical experts, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is good at managing and nurturing multiple customers simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met. To be successful in this role at Turnpikes, it is important that you are adept at building strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers.

  • Have a good business understanding with insight into global business economics.
  • At least 2 years of documented B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Have the ability to travel when necessary.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of Finnish.
  • Experience with SAP or OpenText.
  • Experience in project and consulting sales.
  • Experience in sales to the public sector.
